Mark joined Bronsens in 1989, qualified in 1992 and became a Partner in 1996. Mark now manages the Practice and splits his time equally between the Chipping Norton and Witney offices.
When not managing Bronsens, Mark looks after a large portfolio on interesting and varied clients (you know who you are!) ensuring that they get the best possible service. Although Mark has dealt with just about any type of business that you can think of, he has particular experience in:
- Construction and property industry
- Pubs, Hotels and Restaurants
- Media, Entertainment and Film
- Agriculture
- Manufacturing
In recent years Mark has diversified into:
- Forensic accounting – for insurance claims
- Expert Witness – for business valuations in divorce cases
- Business support in sale and acquisition cases
Mark is passionate about providing a great service and translating accounting speak into easy to understand language (ask him about his “watertank” and “freight ship” drawings if you don’t understand Limited Companies!)

Based in Chipping Norton, Tracey processes a large number of payroll for our clients, from the simple directors only through to large complex company payrolls. Our payroll department is fully BACS accredited.

Sheila brings her wealth of farming knowledge to the practice and looks after our farming portfolio and advises our clients on a wide range or topics.
Zoe is currently studying for her ACCA exams. Working alongside other team members Zoe is building up her knowledge in all aspects of accountancy and is Xero certified.
Hannah has her own portfolio of clients and helps them address all of their business needs, from cloud migration to audits.

Based in Witney Judy looks after all aspects of our admin requirements ensuring the practice runs smoothly. Judy is Xero certified and looks after our bookkeeping.
